1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why

• Enquiries (form, email, phone or WhatsApp): your name, contact details and what you tell us about your project, plus the time you gave consent. We use them only to reply, call you and prepare a quote. Legal basis: your consent and steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
• Clients: the data needed to carry out the work, invoice and meet tax obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).
• Website statistics: we use Umami, which sets no cookies and does not store IP addresses. It records pages visited, the referring website, browser, device, language, approximate location, clicks on our contact buttons and the options chosen when an enquiry is sent (type of work, area, budget and language) — never your name, email, phone or message. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving our website (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
• Browsing: our hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f).

3. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to a project: 1 year after our last contact.
• Client data: for the periods required by law (for example, 6 years for accounting records).
• Website statistics: up to 6 months.

4. Service providers

We never sell your data or share it for marketing. We work with Vercel (hosting), Google (business email, and web fonts — your browser connects to Google to load them), Umami (statistics, stored in the EU) and Publuu (catalogue viewer). Vercel, Google and Publuu may process data outside the EU; these transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@novahomegroupspain.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Cookies

Our website sets no cookies. Your language choice (EN/ES) is saved in your browser only to keep the site in your language. If you open a catalogue, Publuu stores an identifier in your browser for its reading statistics.

2. Qué datos tratamos y para qué

• Consultas (formulario, correo, teléfono o WhatsApp): tu nombre, tus datos de contacto y lo que nos cuentas sobre tu proyecto, además del momento en que diste tu consentimiento. Solo los usamos para responderte, llamarte y preparar un presupuesto. Base jurídica: tu consentimiento y la aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición tuya (art. 6.1.a y 6.1.b RGPD).
• Clientes: los datos necesarios para realizar el trabajo, facturar y cumplir las obligaciones fiscales. Base jurídica: ejecución del contrato y obligación legal (art. 6.1.b y 6.1.c RGPD).
• Estadísticas de la web: usamos Umami, que no instala cookies ni almacena direcciones IP. Registra las páginas visitadas, la web de procedencia, el navegador, el dispositivo, el idioma, la ubicación aproximada, los clics en nuestros botones de contacto y las opciones elegidas al enviar una consulta (tipo de trabajo, zona, presupuesto e idioma); nunca tu nombre, correo, teléfono ni mensaje. Base jurídica: nuestro interés legítimo en mejorar la web (art. 6.1.f RGPD).
• Navegación: nuestro proveedor de alojamiento trata tu dirección IP para servir las páginas y proteger el sitio. Base jurídica: interés legítimo (art. 6.1.f RGPD).

3. Plazos de conservación

• Consultas que no dan lugar a un proyecto: 1 año desde el último contacto.
• Datos de clientes: durante los plazos que exige la ley (por ejemplo, 6 años para la documentación contable).
• Estadísticas de la web: hasta 6 meses.

4. Proveedores

No vendemos tus datos ni los cedemos con fines comerciales. Trabajamos con Vercel (alojamiento), Google (correo profesional y tipografías web; tu navegador se conecta a Google para cargarlas), Umami (estadísticas, almacenadas en la UE) y Publuu (visor de catálogos). Vercel, Google y Publuu pueden tratar datos fuera de la UE; estas transferencias están amparadas por el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. o por Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo.

5. Tus derechos

Puedes solicitar el acceso, la rectificación, la supresión, la limitación, la oposición o la portabilidad de tus datos, y retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento, escribiendo a hola@novahomegroupspain.com. Responderemos en el plazo de un mes. También puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

6. Cookies

Nuestra web no instala cookies. Tu elección de idioma (EN/ES) se guarda en tu navegador solo para mantener la web en tu idioma. Si abres un catálogo, Publuu guarda un identificador en tu navegador para sus estadísticas de lectura.
