Bathroom renovation in Marbella: freestanding bath in an arched alcove lined with glazed blue tile

What a renovation with us includes

  • Survey and design. We measure, photograph and agree what the finished room has to do before anything is priced.
  • A written quote that lists what's included, so you can compare it with anyone else's.
  • Demolition and waste removal — the dirty part, done without leaving the rest of the home covered in dust.
  • Plumbing and electrics, including everything hidden in walls and floors that has to be right first time.
  • Tiling and surfaces — large-format tiling, poured surfaces, carpentry built on site.
  • Lighting, from recessed and cove lighting to the switch in the right place.
  • Finishing and snagging. We don't leave a job that needs a second visit to be finished.

How a project runs

  1. First visit.

We come, look, measure and listen. No charge.

  2. Quote within one day.

Written, itemised, with a realistic start date — usually the day after we've seen the place.

  3. Schedule.

Agreed before the first tool comes out: who's on site, which weeks, what you'll be without.

  4. The build.

The same crew from start to finish, and one person you deal with. Photos as the work progresses, so you can follow it from anywhere.

  5. Handover.

We finish, clean, and walk through the room with you.

If you're not in Spain

Many of our clients live elsewhere for part of the year. We're used to it: one contact person who answers in your language, photographs as the work progresses, and decisions put to you in plain terms rather than builder's language. We hold the keys and look after the property while we're working in it. You don't need to be here, and you don't need to chase us.

Questions people ask

How long does a bathroom take?

The one above took under two working weeks. A larger or more complicated room takes longer, and we tell you the real figure before you commit.

How quickly do I get a quote?

Within one working day of our visit.

Can you work while I'm abroad?

Yes, and most of our clients are away for part of the job. We hold the keys and look after the property while we're in it — many owners already trust us to come and go while they're abroad.

Do you supply the materials?

Either way. We can source and supply everything, or fit what you've already chosen and bought — whichever suits you.

Will the same people be on site throughout?

Yes. The same crew starts and finishes the job, so nobody arrives halfway through asking what was agreed.

Do you work in my town?

Marbella and everything around it — San Pedro, Nueva Andalucía, Benahavís, Estepona, Ojén, Istán. Ask about anywhere else on the coast.
