Water filtration in Marbella

Chlorine-free, sediment-free water from every tap in the house — fitted in under two hours, and looked after by us from then on.

Tap water on the coast is hard and heavily chlorinated. We fit a two-stage filter where the water enters your home, then come back every six months to change the cartridges — whether you're here or abroad. You deal with one person, in your language: English, Spanish, Russian, Finnish or Ukrainian.

What's hiding in your tap

  • Chlorine. Added to keep the mains safe — and it changes the taste and smell of everything you drink, cook and shower in.
  • Heavy metals. Rust and lead picked up from old pipework. Invisible, and it builds up.
  • Limescale. Coats the inside of boilers, kettles, dishwashers and washing machines until they fail. A new boiler costs €2,000 and more.
  • Sediment. Sand, silt and particles from the network — the grit you find in the bottom of a kettle.
How it works · dual-stage carbon

Two stages. Zero compromise.

The filter is fitted where the mains enters the property, so every tap, shower and appliance in the house gets the same water.

  • Stage 1 · Sediment filter. Rust and iron particles, sand, silt — everything you can see.
  • Stage 2 · Carbon filter. Chlorine and chemicals, odour and bad taste, organic compounds.

Installation and maintenance, included

  • Professional installation at the point where the water enters your home, so every tap is covered.
  • The dual-stage filter system itself — housings, both cartridges, shut-off valves and connections.
  • Cartridge replacement every six months. We put it in the diary, come round and change them. You don't have to remember.
  • Fully managed. Nothing to order, nothing to do.
  • Free with the installation: air-conditioning maintenance — filter cleaning and disinfection of your units.

How it runs

  1. Call or message.

Tell us where the water comes into the house. A photo helps.

  2. We fit it.

One visit, under two hours. The water is off for a few minutes.

  3. Six months later.

We're back to change both cartridges — €150 a visit, and you don't have to be at home.

  4. Nothing else.

No orders, no reminders. The filter does its job and we keep it doing it.

A real installation

Two-stage filter at the mains inlet

Costa del Sol · fitted in under two hours

The filter goes in where the mains enters the property — here, in a plant room next to the building's water meters — so every tap in the home is protected. Two housings, a sediment cartridge and a carbon cartridge, each with its own shut-off valve so a change takes minutes.

What clients say

★★★★★
"…Water filter? They do that too. And not only that — they also diarise the filter changes every 6 months and come by to do it, even when you are back in the Netherlands yourself."

Questions people ask

How long does the installation take?

Under two hours, in one visit. The water is off for a few minutes while we connect the housings.

Do I have to be at home for the cartridge change?

No. Most of our clients are abroad for part of the year; we hold keys for many of them and let you know when it's done.

How often do the cartridges need changing?

Every six months for the two-stage system. The reverse-osmosis unit has four filters on their own schedules, and its panel shows when each one is due — we track it too.

Does it cover the whole house?

Yes. The filter is fitted where the mains enters the property, so every tap, shower and appliance gets filtered water.

Is the water drinkable from every tap?

The two-stage system removes chlorine, sediment and the taste and smell that come with them. For bottled-water purity at the kitchen tap — dissolved solids and metals as well — add the reverse-osmosis unit.
